Which program is right for you?? If you want the best results and you want 100% customized training and nutrition then Personal Training is the way to go. If you like training with others then the Personalized Group program is for you. If you can't train in either of our in person programs then consider our Online Training program. It's the same as our in-person, Personal Training solution but delivered via my online training app and includes videos of all the exercises and support via email or Messenger.

I've been a certified kettlebell instructor since 2002, one of the first 100 in the country and the first in the Southeast. I've traveled to Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati and other places teaching people how use and teach kettlebells safely and effectively. I've also taught other trainers at many kettlebell certification courses (RKC, IKFF, Kettlebell Athletics etc)
I've even written a book about kettlebells as well as 3 others.
